Community sessions

Our Community Sessions

Our aim at Kingswood United CIO is to support people in the local area to develop their physical and mental health through fun, engaging and interactive sessions. All of our sessions include time to talk so that our participants can discuss how they are feeling, what barriers they may be facing and how they could overcome them.

All of the sessions we offer are based around your suggestions so please do let us know if you would like us to consider any new ideas.

Have your say community sessions – Final Monday of each month 5-6pm
Come and join us for a cuppa and a chat in our community room. Let us know what you think is needed to support the local area as well as what you would like us to offer at Kingswood United CIO.

Young  people forum  – Final Friday of each month 5-6pm
Be a part of our Young People Forum and talk to us about what things you enjoy as well as things that worry or concern you and other young people in the area. This will help us to understand the different ways we can support our young people.
