United in Community

Kingswood United CIO supports members of the local community in a range of ways through sporting and social events, helping to improve their physical and mental health using fun. interactive sessions.

All of our sessions are led by adults who have appropriate qualifications relevant to each session. Every adult has an enhanced DBS clearance and we also have individuals trained in Mental Health awareness, First Aid and sports delivery as well as other specialist areas.

We are continuously developing our support for the local area and continue to offer a range of events/sessions for residents in the area.

These include:

Multi-Sport after school sessions

Sport and social sessions

Our sport and social sessions combine the playing of sports along with chatting to each other about how they're feeling in a relaxed environment.

These take place:

Every Monday, 6pm-7pm for children in Y1-Y6.
Every Friday, 6pm-7pm for children in Y7-Y11.

Each session will be led by two qualified coaches and the sessions will all be free of charge. Our café will also be open where you can purchase a snack or drink.

All you need to do is sign up via this link.

Adult Coaching sessions

Interested in sports coaching?
Want to develop your coaching skills?
Need ideas on how to develop your team through training?

Every third Friday of the month between 6pm and 8pm join us for a hands-on session discussing and taking part in different activities. The sessions give you time to look at how activities can be developed and progressed as well as talking to others about areas they need support in.

Join Paul at Kinloss Park to take part in these free sessions.
